Returns and Refunds

At PWM Golf AB, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the following template:

3. Return Process

After notifying us, please return the goods within 14 days. The items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the purchase price and standard shipping costs. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of return shipment.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Items that have been opened and cannot be returned for health or safety reasons.
